Meet Amy Rose
I know what it's like to carry more in your body than you can put into words. As a Reiki Practitioner and Certified Yoga Teacher, I bring together movement, breath, and energy work to help you feel lighter, freer, and more like yourself again.
My own path here started with grief, corporate burnout, and childhood experiences that later showed up as complex PTSD. Yoga gave me a way back into my body. Reiki helped me release what words couldn't reach. That's the work I now hold space for with my clients.
